I specialize in treating trauma and other depressive and anxiety disorders using EMDR and somatic-based therapies. I have been practicing mindfulness for nearly 30 years, and I have completed many intensive mindfulness meditation courses in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and in the USA, during the many years I spent traveling abroad.
